Today is Testing Day at AntDawg’s MMA Training Center.

🥋 MMA Developmental Program Testing (Ages 4–8)
⏰ 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

🥊 Intermediate & Advanced MMA Testing
⏰ 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

We’re looking forward to watching our students demonstrate the skills, discipline, and confidence they’ve been developing on the mats.

All students must wear their training uniform. Intermediate & Advanced students should bring all soaring gear (boxing gloves & puffy MMA gloves) for the sparring portion of testing.

Please arrive on time, come hydrated, and be ready to work hard.

Parents, family, and friends are welcome to come watch and support our students as they take the next step in their martial arts journey.

We’ll see you on the mats.

Join us for our modified Memorial Day schedule at AntDawg’s MMA Training Center.

• 5:30 AM – Strength & Conditioning
• 9:00 AM – No-Gi Grappling (All Levels)
• 11:00 AM – Community Murph Workout
• 12:00 PM – Kickboxing Fundamentals

🚨Closed for all Evening Classes

All levels are welcome for the Murph workout, and modifications will be available.

Congratulations to all athletes who competed tonight—3-0 on the night.

Juan with a strong unanimous decision.
From The Academy Fight Team, Trey with a first-round TKO to capture the A1 Combat Welterweight Amateur Championship, and German successfully defending his A1 Combat 135 lb Amateur Title.

Respect to the opponents and teams for the fights.

Thank you to A1 Combat for continuing to provide a professional platform for athletes to perform and grow.
