The team went 2–1 last night at Tachi Palace Fights. 👊

Amin delivered a great performance with a first-round finish. Jennah "the Gem"Creason put on a dominant performance and continues to show her development. Manthan Rane battled through a tough one.

Congratulations to all three athletes, shout out to everyone who came out to support the team and respect to our opponent for sharing the cage.

We’ll have one class on Labor Day:

💪 12:00–1:00 PM | Strength & Conditioning with Coach Johnny

No Kids or Youth classes. The gym will be closed for the remainder of the day and will reopen Tuesday with our normal schedule.

Kids Developmental Program | Ages 5–8
Tuesday & Thursday • 4:00–4:45 PM

Youth MMA & Jiu-jitsu | Ages 9–14
Monday–Thursday • 5:00–6:30 PM

NEW — Adult No-Gi Submission Grappling All Levels
Tuesday & Thursday • 12:00 PM

We offer training for kids, teens and adults — from beginners to experienced competitors.

Proud of everyone who competed last night at CCFC, stepped in, put it on the line, and represented the team.

Congratulations to our guys on making their amateur debuts. A lot of work goes into getting to that first competition, and it was great to see it come together.

Respect to our opponents and their teams.

Shoutout to our coaches and teammates for all the work behind the scenes, and to the family and friends who came out strong to support!
