Working with SCU Basketball Alum and European Professional Basketball player Camaron Tongue.

Working on fine tuning his body for this next level of play and making sure his body is right and he is ready to perform. It’s been a successful off season so far and I know he’s got a lot to show for it when he steps in the court next.

The work keeps going and we get some technical work as we need to. Speed and agility work going with progressions and regressions. Static and dynamic movement and overall trying to help these two pros move better in their body. Can’t wait to watch them play this season.

The plan was a simple Friday night throwdown—SBD on the menu because it’s the best way to get the wheels turning. But the energy in the room had other ideas.

The platforms started calling louder than the racks, and before we knew it, the Powerlifting start turned into a full-blown Weightlifting battle.

No SBD tonight—just heavy snatches, clean & jerks, and pure adrenaline. This is what happens when the crew decides to push the limit... the vibe was too good not to share.

Consistency > Planning. When the community shows up, the bars stay loaded. Full-speed Friday at XIOS Strength & Conditioning ⚡️
