'When I was seven, my Mom, she was stabbed 21 times with an ice pick, and also r***d. They found, like, a chain that my mom used to use in the hospital and that's how they found out that it was my Mom. I was raised with no love and it's hard to get it now. With me growing up as a kid, I did all wrong. All I wanted was for someone to tell me that it was okay, and that it would be alright.

My brother Randall used to challenge me with other little kids. He'd tell me 'fight this guy,' 'fight that guy' and if I beat them up I'd get a dollar - I'd fight anybody for a dollar. I was always a little scrapper and I tried boxing, and when I became 11 years old I got my first fight and I got a knockout in 30 seconds. Since then I've never stopped.

I mean, everything that's happened out of the ring in my life, now in the ring I'm a beast - there's nothing they can do to me. I mean, I'm used to fighting out in the streets and not getting hit by just one person. This is a one to one thing, it's just me and him.
