Marcia is away this month, but we are happy to have Martha Davis filling in for Tuesday 8am Gentle Yoga, and Chelsea Simon is covering Friday 8am Yin 🙏🙏🙏

Jess is also out of town, and Dominique Cinque is offering Barre Fit Sundays 830am until Jess returns and Pilates resumes. At that time, Barre Fit TBD. Any requests?

Heart Songs and Circle Songs is Friday 5/29 6pm. It is a nourishing time of connection and heart felt goodness and all are welcome!

This is the last month to catch Chelsea’s Dynamic Meditation Mondays at 4pm. Mindful sitting, walking, breathing, and other guided activities cultivate compassionate self awareness and nonjudgmental observation. Don’t miss it! ☮️
