Football update on Trey. He’s two games in and loving it. But this video isn’t just about a kid being pushed, it’s about a young boy who wants it. Sometimes he’s the one asking, “Can we go train?” That drive and mindset is what translates to life. I love seeing my son succeed in whatever he does. Consistency pays off!

Hill sprints will help them with acceleration and speed. No matter what position they play, speed matters!

Strength training will help with their overall strength and increase their power output. It also builds mental toughness as well.

Light contact tackling drills introduce them to tackling and physicality. This is very important and often overlooked. Especially when safety, confidence, and technique are the priorities.

Agility drills will not only help them perform better by practicing movement patterns they will be asked to perform on the field, but these will also help them stand out to the coaches on that first day of practice so they can make a good first impression!

Help them prepare so they can be GAME READY!!
