🩶🤍 PMW in the Community 🩶🤍

What an incredible day at Burg on the Block!

Pilates My Way was proud to join the Fredericksburg community alongside Black Girl Social FXBG, Plus N Trust, Eats Burgers, fellow vendors, local businesses, and community organizations for one of the area’s premier community events.

Throughout the day, we connected with attendees, shared the benefits of Pilates, introduced visitors to our travel reformer, and talked about how movement can support strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellness at every age and fitness level.

We also had the opportunity to share information about the Move Forward Pilates Foundation and our mission to expand access to Pilates for disabled veterans in our community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, asked questions, tried the reformer, picked up some PMW swag, and supported our growing studio. We appreciate every opportunity to build relationships and bring the PMW mission beyond the studio walls.
