Here are three things you can incorporate into your daily routine to lose more weight:

1. 𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑴𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: Beyond structured exercise, find ways to move more throughout the day. This could be taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking during breaks, or using a standing desk. These small changes add up and can boost your calorie burn significantly.

2: 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒃𝒆𝒓: Eating more protein and fiber can keep you fuller for longer, helping to reduce overall calorie intake. Include protein sources like lean meats, eggs, or plant-based proteins and high-fiber foods like vegetables, fruits, and whole grains in every meal.
