Non Members MUST have an Annual Registration completed to participate.

AGE GROUPS ARE FIRM, NO EXCEPTIONS! Athletes must attend the session for their age group. Requests to attend a different age group will not be approved.

Come work on your skills, get some extra reps, have fun with your teammates and bring a friend who wants to get some gym time in too! 🔥

A few important Open Gym reminders:

❤️ NO SPOTTING, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Athletes may only work skills they can execute independently and safely without assistance.

🖤 Gym equipment, including the tumble track, is for SKILL WORK ONLY.

❤️ ONE ATHLETE AT A TIME on equipment such as the tumble track. This is required for everyone’s safety.

🖤 Open Gym is a time to WORK YOUR SKILLS, not open play on gym equipment.

Coach Emily has spent countless hours encouraging, believing in, and loving our athletes. She has celebrated their victories, picked them up after disappointments, and been a steady presence for so many families.

Right now, she needs us.
