We are so excited to celebrate the newest addition to our Southside Pilates family! 🥰

Our Pilates instructor, Mariana, and her husband, Daniel, welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Margot Daniela, into the world on August 24th! 🎀

Margot arrived weighing 7 lbs 9 oz and measuring 19 inches long. 🍼✨

Congratulations, Mariana & Daniel! We are so happy for your growing family and can’t wait to watch this sweet little girl grow. 💗

Val has a few private session openings available during June and July. Her schedule is typically full, so this is a great opportunity for anyone who has been wanting more individualized instruction or has been waiting for a spot to open up.

These sessions are available to both new and current clients and are ideal for anyone looking to build strength, improve mobility, work toward specific goals, or simply enjoy the benefits of one-on-one Pilates instruction.

Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

TODAY marks 6 years of Southside Pilates, and what a journey it has been.

In those six years, we’ve weathered challenges that tested us in ways we never imagined—COVID, a fire, cancer, and so much more. Through every obstacle, this incredible community has shown up with support, encouragement, and resilience.

I am beyond grateful for every client, friend, family member, and supporter who has been part of this journey. Because of you, Southside Pilates continues to grow, thrive, and make a difference.

❄️ Wednesday Schedule Update ❄️
Due to lingering winter weather and road conditions, Wednesday morning and early afternoon classes are canceled.

We are currently planning to hold evening classes 🤞 and will continue to monitor conditions. Please check the MindBody app and our social media for any updates.

Val would like to formally apologize for ever wishing for a snow day… apparently the roads did not get the memo about how much our bodies need Pilates. 😅🧘‍♀️

Thank you for your patience and understanding—your safety, and the safety of our teachers, always comes first. We miss you and can’t wait to move together again soon. 💙
