I have been blessed to have had many wonderful teachers in my Pilates journey. Mari Winsor is one of them. I thought about this today actually! I almost did it, but refrained. Now seeing this picture makes me wish I had just done it! Maybe next Friday for fun!

The exercise you do when you are feeling very advanced. It's called, Joe-stands-on-your-stomach and you do The Hundred 😜.

Every person walks in the door with their own life experience. They may have a certain structure or physical build and make-up, but their habits, their lifestyle and past activities also develop the individual person they are today. We have to meet the person where they are today.
