CrossFit Activate is an affiliate owned by Dallas and Alexis King in Fort Smith, Arkansas! Instilling the mentality that you can conquer the world.

Mission: To provide the highest quality fitness experience by providing the following:

A: For our new members, we will provide you with the best fundamental Activation course as possible. Our goal is that by the end of our Activate classes, you will have the confidence and the baseline knowledge of the fundamental movements so you can properly execute a workout. B: For our existing members, our mission is to continuously provide you with a community that is supportive, as well as programming and coaching that makes you better everyday. C: Our third mission is to always give back, to our members and to our community. We feel that we have been extremely blessed to fulfill our passion and dream. In return, we believe that giving back is among the most important and valuable things we can do as coaches.
