Why I'm The Trainer For You! Tina Fox has worked as a professional personal trainer since 1996, managed her own business, Body By Tina, since 2001, and opened her own studio in the summer of 2016. An independent contractor who graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995 with a degree in athletic training and sports medicine, she has consistently worked with 40 clients per week in Fort Smith, Arkansas, building personal relationships with each one. In the summer of 2016, she opened her own studio in Fort Smith - Body By Tina Personal Training. Her education and training qualify her to build programs based on individual client needs. Examples include sessions focused on Olympic-bound, stroke rehabilitation, post-op rehabilitation (including total knee construction, ACL reconstruction, internal fixation fracture of the humerus, etc.) and cardiac rehabilitation workouts. She also individually tailors many programs to clients seeking an overall improvement to their health, wellness and quality of life. Her education and training at the U of A included more than 1,500 hours in the athletic training room, weight room and physical therapy clinic; supervising practices, conducting rehab sessions and traveling with football, cross country, track and field, and swimming and diving teams; completing an emergency medical technician training program; assessing and diagnosing acute and chronic injuries; and treating and rehabilitating injuries using modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat and ice. A shiny car can turn heads. But a strong, healthy body over 50? That turns lives. Let’s be honest it’s easy to lease luxury. It’s easy to buy things that make you look successful. But it’s a whole different thing to earn vitality, energy, and strength later in life.

No one hands you fitness.
You can’t finance discipline.
You don’t get endurance with a credit score.

Being fit after 50 is a lifestyle that money can’t fake.
