Lifting weights WILL NOT make you bulky, it takes years to build muscle! Woman do not have the ability to get bulky unless you are taking PED'S, eating all the protein and train 7 days per week.

There is no "best" exercise for fat loss. However, the more muscle you have the more efficient your body will be at burning fat!

Protein is necessary for building muscle, Creatine is only necessary if your body isn't properly producing it. Not everyone needs to take creatine.

Stop focusing on the scale, water weight plays a huge role in your day to day number! Buy a tape measure from the fabric store and focus on inches ad opposed to weight!
