When Jennifer is in the gym, feel free to say hi, ask questions, or get help with exercise form, equipment, or your workouts. One of the best parts of training in person is having access to someone who can help you feel more confident every time you walk through the door.

The workouts inside the Jennifer Trains app are built right here at The Hangout, so you can learn the movements, ask questions, and get guidance in the same gym where they were designed.

We’re incredibly proud of Jennifer and all the work she’s put into creating a resource that helps people stay consistent, build confidence, and reach their goals both inside and outside the gym. We’re lucky to have her as part of The Hangout team! 👏
