As a 24-hour access facility, the safety and security of our members and staff depend on every member following our access policies.

Effective immediately, we will be strictly enforcing our Unauthorized Guest Access Policy.

Your membership provides access only for you. Allowing another person to enter the facility using your credentials, opening the door for someone without verified access, or otherwise permitting unauthorized entry is a direct violation of your Membership Agreement.

Our facility is monitored through a combination of access control systems, security cameras, and entry logs. Unauthorized access can be identified at any time.

Violations may result in one or more of the following:

Immediate fees charged to the member’s account
Suspension of 24-hour access privileges
Suspension of membership
Termination of membership without further warning
These measures are not intended to be punitive—they are in place to protect every member who has chosen Impact Fitness as their gym. Maintaining a secure environment is a responsibility we all share.

If you would like to bring a guest, please contact us in advance so we can ensure they are properly registered and authorized.
