Prana Fitness GT was created to help people improve their health by changing their life style. Conventional training and diets are not enough for most people to see positive results from time spent in the gym. Educating people to train and eat smart has always been our primary objective. The Prana smoothie challenge is pretty simple.

You and a friend drink your smoothie together or hold each other accountable. It’s that simple. You and a friend both create unique smoothies.

Step 1: Find a partner to play with. You can play with your neighbor, you can play with your family or friend.

While the smoothie challenge is designed for two people, you can also play in a group. This is a very fun way to spend an evening with friends.

Step 2: Follow the smoothie recipes we provide or make up your own.

Step 3: Post daily about what kind of smoothie you had in our private group!
we want you to get 25 smoothies in the month of February!

Step 4: Enjoy the benefits of getting more veggies and fruits into your diet!

Join us in this next month for a jumpstart on your nutrition. We are doing a nutrition challenge that starts January 1st. Anyone can participate. The Challenge is to eat 1 salad everyday for the month of January. You will join in our private FB group to see all the recipes. You are encouraged to post pics of your salad each day in the group for accountability and to share with one another other recipes that you love.
