Want to know what the change looks like in someone who wakes up and hits the gym every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning at 5:30AM? Well, here is your answer. For the last 3 months, it has been so much fun watching her body change, seeing her confidence build and handing her heavier weights (she might disagree with the last part 😜). This is why I love my job ♥️ Keep kicking butt sista 👊 💪 👏 Great job!!!!
