How long have you been a member at Coastal Fitness?
My life didn’t start until I joined Coastal… so basically forever.

What made you decide to start your fitness journey with us?
Erica told me to stand up taller because it looked like I had a fat little gut. I stood up taller… and she said, “Oh, that didn’t help.”

What were you most nervous about before joining?
It’s CrossFit — it’s basically self-inflicted torture. But apparently it makes your wife think you’re hot.

What keeps you coming back?
My love handles.

Still showing up… even when the workout looks terrible.

Overhead squats… because they’re dumb.

What advice would you give someone thinking about joining?
Put your big boy pants on and come get whooped into shape by tiny, jacked women.

This Weekend! Just Wow! ☀️ 💪🏻🌊

We had 21 athletes compete, over 80 members and friends/family there showing support. 4 intense workouts and absolutely beautiful weather!

As a gym owner this weekend sums up everything I’ve prayed for this gym. Community, inspiration, cheering Loud and proud for EVERYONE (not just our athletes but every gym and team there), laughter, family, and strong minds and bodies!

I want to say a huge thank you to all of our athletes, coaches, members, and families for representing Coastal Fitness in such an incredible way. Your energy, support, and commitment to this community never go unnoticed. We are so proud of you all!
