After 14 and a half years in Foley
RBC/Resilient Fitness will be closing on April 3rd, 2026.

It has been one amazing ride, and I am so humbled by this journey. I appreciate every single person who has ever stepped foot in class,. You have no idea how much joy you have brought to my life each and every day.

I will miss the laughs, the cries, the whining, the OMG’s, and a few other words LOL. I have seen thousands of people transform before my eyes.
To my family, Ricky and Jack, thank you so much for supporting me and for sacrificing things for me. I will still be coaching . That is not stopping .
But This chapter of my life is closing, and God has already prepared a new chapter for me!

Welcome to the New Resilient Fitness!
We are so excited about the next Chapter of this journey.
We have loved being Rocking Boot Camp, but we have so many things that we offer and have offered over the pasy 14 years in Foley. With 24 years in the Health and
Fitness and a professional Weightlifter we know that you will find something at Resilient Fitnesss!
Here is just some of what we offer at Resilient Fitness !
CO-ED group classes, Strongman/ Strongwoman , Powerlifting, Hyrox Training, 1 on 1 Training, Sports Specific Training, 5k/10k/ half and full marthon training, Spartan Training , Kids Strength Training and so much more.
We are also looking to Hire a new trainer or 2 so if you know someone please let them know.
