STUDIO POLICY UPDATES beginning June 1st 2026.

We are updating our class cancellation and late policies to better serve and support our community. Policy changes will going into effect on June 1st, 2026.

Late Cancel Window:
Our late cancel window (previously 12 hours) will now be 8 hours. As of June 1st, members will now have up to 8 hours prior to class time to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Late Cancel Penalties:
Any cancellations made within 8 hours of class time — including advance phone calls or messages to the studio — or no shows will incur the standard $10 late cancellation fee.

To ensure consistency and fairness across all reservation types, this policy will apply to all memberships, including intro, unlimited and dual memberships.

**Late Cancel Classpass rules remain the same - they are a third party vendor with their own policies.

**This late cancel rule applies to Intro Members, Unlimited Members, Dual Members. Class packs & 4x/8x members will lose a class instead of incurring a charge.

Late Arrival Window & Waitlist:
Members will have a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled class start time to arrive. If you do not arrive within the 10 minute window, you will be marked as no show and your spot offered to a member on the waitlist.

These updates are being implemented to help improve class availability and provide waitlisted members a better opportunity to reserve open spots as schedules shift.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we continue working to improve the class experience for our community.
