Today was really special for so many reasons. Congratulations to our fighter Trent .frost333 on winning at the show. First belt for the champ, and so many more to go. We had a game plan, he went in an executed, listened, and stayed composed. What creates greatness isn’t just hard work, it’s adaptability, and always being coachable. Phenomenal job Trent. 🥊

11 years old. Working harder than most adults we know. As coaches, leaders, we learn every single youth in our program. We learn how they like to be spoken to, we learn what gets the best response.

In this case, Stania was on her last spar before her first fight, so we had to push. She was listening perfectly to instruction throughout the round, so the corner talk was not about detailed instruction, it was about making sure she stayed mentally locked in and went out there right back to work. We couldn’t be more proud of her progress, her drive, and dedication.

We never tell them to fight, they come and ask. It’s our job to get them there if that’s what they want, and their parents agree. 🥊🥊🔥🔥🔥

Community = family. Our adult program is great, but our youth program is something we’re so incredibly proud of. Watching them grow both inside and outside the ring is everything.

Our youth program is way bigger than boxing. They learn discipline, accountability, teamwork, ANTI BULLYING, and so much more. So many constant lessons. All while having fun and growing together.

Thank you to all the parents who invest in their kids. It’s physical, but just as much mental, and spiritual Level Up Boxing and Fitness

Classes starting at 6am Mon - Fri. We’ve added a special semi private beginner’s boxing class at 5:30pm Mon • Wed • Fri. Our most popular class is still in full action at 6:30pm Mon-Fri followed by our very technical classes Mon- Thur at 7:30pm. All levels welcomed to all classes.

Our youth classes are stronger than ever Mon • Tues • Thurs at 5:00pm. Ages 8 - 15 yrs old.

Saturdays we always have something going on. Lots of sparring, and special events. Stay tuned for updates 🥊🥊
