Ready to drink with the dead? 💀🍸 This Friday, 10/4 at 5:45 PM, we’re finally kicking off the Boos & Booze Ghost Tour at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila on Las Olas—the re-scheduled date from June (because, let’s be real, y’all ghosted us last time! 👀).

Well, this Friday (tomorrow), the RoxFire crew will have a ghost adventure on our own. And all ghosts and goblins are invited!

This year marks our 6th anniversary of this tradition (though we had to skip 2020), and we are excited to honor this challenging yet rewarding workout together. The Murph workout, named in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, is a testament to endurance and perseverance, embodying the spirit of pushing through limits. 🇺🇸🏋️‍♂️

To ensure everyone can participate, we offer scaling and modifications for all fitness levels, making it accessible and less intimidating for our newer members.
