A little hello from the girl behind Gracefully Grounded 🤍

I’m so grateful to finally share a little more about myself and the heart behind this space.

Pilates is very near and dear to my heart, and getting to turn something I love so deeply into a space I can share with my girls is truly so special to me. My biggest hope is that Gracefully Grounded feels like a place where everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and at home.

To everyone who has supported me, shown up for a class, shared a post, told a friend, or simply believed in this dream — thank you. You’ve helped make something I once dreamed about a reality, and I’m so grateful. 🤍

When I’m not at the studio, you’ll usually find me working part-time as a nurse, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with my two dogs, Lulu & Lilly. 🐾

So happy you’re here, and even happier to be building this little community with you. ✨
