3-day competition in Miami. 6 events. Recovery told the whole story.

Mid-competition: 65% → 63%. That's honest data from a body under real stress.

Monday morning: 89%. HRV 17% above my 60-day average. Resting HR down to 42.

Crazy weather. Five out of six events completed. One cancelled by a thunderstorm. That's competition — you don't control the conditions, you just show up ready.

Honored to share the floor with so many strong athletes, especially the Masters division. We're fortunate to have events like this that let us prove the work is real.

It's a hobby. But when you're on the floor, it doesn't feel like one.
