Vitruvian Fitness Personalized Strength Training in Small Groups. Family-owned strength training gym coaching in small groups.

Serving the neighborhoods of NW Denver, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Lakewood, Applewood, Golden, and virtually across the USA. We know that busy adults want to move better, get stronger, and feel great – with little time to spare. To do that, you need a gym that equips you with structure, accountability, and a training plan that optimizes your time while coaching you to achieve your goals. The problem is knowing where to start, what to do, and how to maximize your efforts for the greatest impact.

We understand how hard it is to get started and believe everyone benefits from a guide who will show you the way – starting where you are and leading you in the direction you want to go.

Falling in love with the process and not being bogged down by the pursuit of a specific outcome is healthy and productive. One way we celebrate the process is by showing up and recognizing those efforts specifically. Congratulations to all of our Sweat Equity Partners!
