Over Three years ago, Ethan walked through our doors with a goal: play college football!

Hey ladies! DO YOU WANT LEANER LEGS? So the way our body lays down body fat is due to hormones. Guys are higher in testosterone so they tend to be leaner in the arms. Prior to menopause when a females making lots of estrogen, she stores more of her fat in her legs and her butt.

14 lb in 28 days!

For most people, that's amazing! (and we do it all the time), but for an athlete that's already been gaining weight every year, this is incredible.💪
