🚶‍♀️ What a day! Our 3rd annual SHAPE “Path to Wellness” event brought the community together for a mile-long walk around beautiful Round Lake, with energizing wellness stations along the way!

From agility and strength training to 9Round Kickboxing Fitness, stretching, and delicious healthy smoothies, our SHAPE instructors led the way to better health, one step at a time.

A HUGE thank you to all the amazing volunteers and the incredible SHAPE team who made this event possible! Your energy, effort, and passion made it a success. 💪
