1. You don’t need any daycare. It’s only, your baby and the road.

2. You have a full body workout. There’s nothing more demanding than pushing 20+ lbs while you are running.

3. You become THAT MOM💅🏼

4. Your confidence sky rocks!! It’s not about the miles or the speed. It’s about you showing up for a HARD RUN!

5. Your kids are entertained or usually fall asleep.

6. You are showcasing first hand to your kids what it means to do the hard things and taking care of yourself.

7. You find a tribe that you can stroller run with and they start becoming your family.

8. You start competing with yourself. You go for longer, go faster, and every day you wanna beat your last run.
