Dave Sixel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and a Master Black Belt Instructor. He has been serving the Northwoods since 1982 as well as being a Team USA competitor, coach and presently Team President. Dave holds a 9th degree Grand Master Black Belt in the Martial Art of Pankration and also has experience in weight
training, resistance training, Crossfit, injury prevention,
senior fitness and individuals with sport specific goal. Dave specializes in strength & conditioning as well as
weight-loss programs. He believes anyone can find their
place in the fitness center with a little guidance and perseverance. "When you give 110%, Exercise is 100% mental and 10% physical. Train the brain and the rest will follow!"
