TRIGGER WARNING FOR THE PURISTS!
Space Coast Flies you got the wheels turning on this Dan Bisharat glide fly. Took my lunch break and cut out a few bodies. As promised interior rattle. The scud bodies are temporary to find the right balance and glide to weight ratio. The foam is ultra high density marine grade...tough as nails and takes in less than .02% water. May switch out the suede on top for a 7x7 flexible stainless bite wire or even titanium. Such a cool concept.

The only way to to really make em hear it.
These reaper macks are on a 6/0 SA 270. To say it takes a bit of foam to float them and a rattle is an understatement...it takes exactly 18mm 😎

40" of smallmouth...1 rod, 2 flies and conditions that don't happen every year. has made the trek over the last 5 or 6 years to fish prespawn smallmouth. This year he nailed the timing but the weather was terrible...30+ mph wind and 10° falling water temps every night. We prevailed by throwing the donkey rig with Big birds. The rig turned a slow day into a day I won't forget anytime soon. 3 times we doubled up on a single rod. Netting them is the toughest part😅 Even put a dudes first WI musky on the board.
Appreciate you my brother. Next time I'll make the call and let you make the cast😉
