Come out to Wildcat Stadium tonight as Denham Springs Football faces Walker in the 2026 jamboree! Freshmen kick things off at 5:00 with JV half and Varsity half to follow. Come out and support our Jackets in their final tune up before the regular season!

Tonight, we would like to honor the memory of former Denham Springs High School Head Football Coach, Nolan Gill.

Coach Gill passed away today following a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. The impact he had on his players and the many lives he touched throughout his 30-plus-year career will not be forgotten.

We ask that you keep the Gill family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Coach Gill. Thank you for everything you gave to Denham Springs High School.

From LPPS - Summer school, credit recovery, and Fast Forward Summer classes, and other school activities, including athletics, are cancelled on Thursday, June 18, 2026

This includes all workouts and athletic activity at DSHS tomorrow. (Thursday 6/18)

The Jackets have been hard at work down the bayou at Nicholls State where the Louisiana Line Camp is held. It’s been an amazing camp so far. They have been working on their craft from the best in the country! Coach Ryan accompanied them and is working the camp along with a who’s who of line coaches from across the country.
