Today our Lady Eagles kicked off their annual soccer camp at Belhaven University! ⚽🦅
This camp is a great opportunity for our players to grow both on and off the field. We are excited for a few days of hard work, learning, and competition while representing Live Oak with pride.

Happy Father’s Day to all of our Live Oak Lady Eagles soccer dads!
Thank you for the countless hours spent driving to practices, games, tournaments, and camps, for cheering from the sidelines, and for always supporting our players both on and off the field. Your dedication, encouragement, and sacrifices help make our program successful.
A special shoutout to Coach Darrell and Coach Brad for everything they do for our team. The time, energy, and commitment they pour into our players and program do not go unnoticed. We are grateful for the positive impact they make every day.
We hope all of our soccer dads have an amazing Father’s Day and know how much you are appreciated!

These summer games are an important part of our development as they give us valuable opportunities to build chemistry, gain experience, and continue improving as a team.

Every match helps prepare us for the challenges ahead this season.

Tonight, the Lady Eagles begin their Summer Scrimmage Series as they participate in the L’Ascension Cup 2026 at Prairieville High School.

Match Schedule:
🕢 7:45 PM – vs. St. Amant

These summer matches are an important part of our preparation for the upcoming season, giving our players the opportunity to compete, grow, and continue building toward our goals.

The Live Oak Lady Eagles Soccer Team is excited to host our Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser on Saturday, July 18 at Pickleball Kingdom! All proceeds from this event will go directly to supporting our soccer program and helping provide opportunities for these hardworking athletes.

Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking for a fun day of competition, there’s a division for everyone!

🏆 Three Skill Levels:
• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Advanced

👭 Gender Doubles: 8:30–11:30 AM
👫 Mixed Doubles: 12:00–3:00 PM

🎾 Format: Round Robin with Bracket Playoffs
💲 Cost: $50 per person, per event

The Lady Eagles Soccer Team took on the Forge Workout in the sand this morning! 💪⚽️

The Forge Workout is designed to build mental toughness, strength, endurance, and teamwork. Training in the sand adds an extra challenge by forcing our players to work harder with every step, helping improve balance, power, and conditioning. It's not just about physical fitness, it's about learning to push through adversity and encouraging your teammates to do the same.

Our girls showed great effort, determination, and a positive attitude from start to finish. Proud of the way they continue to challenge themselves and get better every day.

Today, the Lady Eagles completed their first day of summer workouts! 💪🦅
The girls worked hard, pushed each other, and set the tone for what we expect to be a great summer. Success isn't built overnight, it comes from the commitment, effort, and accountability shown day after day, and today was a great first step.
We are proud of the energy and attitude they brought to the gym. Looking forward to seeing this group continue to grow together throughout the summer!

Today we took on the Memorial Day Murph Challenge , which is a workout done to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. The Murph consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run. More than just a workout, it’s about perseverance, sacrifice, and remembering the true meaning behind Memorial Day.

A huge thank you to all of our players, parents, and coaches who came out and supported such a great cause today. Your effort, encouragement, and willingness to come together show what this program and community are all about. Proud of everyone who showed up and put in the work! 🇺🇸💪
