Let’s be real: Most high school athletes don’t love the weight room when they start. It’s hard work that most of them aren’t use to.

But there’s a moment where it clicks.

When you stop “going through the motions” and start attacking the bar with intent, your performance ceiling disappears. Every team has a gym, not every team has a culture. The effort we put in here determines how we perform when the lights are on.
