The self-feeding baseball pitching machine is currently down. We hope to have the parts and have it repaired by Monday April 20.

We do have another baseball pitching machine, but it will require you to have someone to feed the pitches.

We are actively seeking a softball instructor, for pitching or softball in general. We have several inquiries for rec players, specifically younger girls looking to improve their skills for the upcoming season. We are a small family owned facility that is dedicated to working with kids in the area! Message for details. Please share to help us find the right fit!

The cages will be closed this Sunday April 5 for Easter. We will open Monday at 3pm for normal hours.

I’m kinda over hearing,
“You push your kids too hard.”

Let’s be real for a second.

If you ask most kids if they feel like doing the hard thing today… a big chunk are gonna say no.
That doesn’t mean they shouldn’t do it.

There’s a difference between pressure and belief.

Sometimes I do have the answers to the test. I’ve lived it. I know what it takes. And helping a kid step outside their comfort zone doesn’t make you a villain… it makes you invested.

The standard in our house growing up was high.
Excuses weren’t really a thing.
If I said I wanted something, I was expected to work for it — even on the days I didn’t feel like it.

That translated into a scholarship.
A National Championship.
Two Olympic Games.
A medal.
2 Years playing overseas in Japan.

And more than any stat line… it translated into how I show up in life now.

The extra push on the hardest days?
Those were the gifts.

I don’t resent my parents for expecting greatness out of me.
I’m grateful they saw something in me big enough to demand more.

Comfort doesn’t build competitors.
Standards do.

🌸⚾ Did that little taste of spring last week get you thinking about baseball and softball season?

It’s almost here! Shake off the rust and get ready with some indoor practice time at Vaughan Family Sports Barn.

We provide the balls —
You bring your mitt, bat (we have a few in varying sizes to borrow!), and helmet.

What you can work on:
⚾ Play catch
🥎 Practice grounders
🔥 Work on pitching (pitching mound available for older kids!)
💪 Throw batting practice to your player
🏏 Use our pitching machine for batting practice (no extra charge!)
👯 Bring friends to share the fun — and the cost!
⬆️ Rent multiple cages and we can open up the space for more room to throw and field.

For older players, we also offer a variety of bands and weighted balls for all your arm care needs.

🕒 Hours:
Monday–Friday: 3pm–9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am–9pm

💲 Just $30 per hour, per cage — no matter how many kids you bring!

⚾ Pitching machines are always FREE to use.
