FATHM OG and resident Triathlon baddie Heather Plowman!

Last Sunday Heather did her third triathlon 9.7 mins faster that her previous Tri! Talk about crushing PRs and pushing the limits. Not to mention she stomped a fellow moto buddy by 14 mins. 😜 She plans to continue training for Triathlons and pushing her body.

Not only is Heather a triathlon baddie, she’s also a killer chef, baker, artist, dog lover, registered nurse and friend!

We can’t wait to see you exceed your PRs and eat your delicious foods! Love this journey for you!

Athlete: Emma Galusha 😎

Emma’s Wake Surfing journey started in 2011. She quickly fell in love with it and is currently ranked 4th in the WORLD for Amateur Women’s Skim.

Surfing has taught her life lessons such as “We cannot always be in control of our situations, so we must learn how to ride the waves that life may bring us” and “life comes in waves big and small” 🌊🏄‍♀️

Emma’s goals for the future include placing first in the world wake surfing competition later this year and going pro within the next 2 years. Her long term goal: creating a retreat focused on kids, women empowerment and bringing like minded people together. As well as teaching them the importance of nutrition along with surfing.

I don’t know about you but sounds right up our ally. We can’t wait to see what you do in the coming years Emma!

athlete Haley Yarnell 🛹

Haley learned how to skate on a toys-r-us skateboard that her sister had. Learning kick turns, drop ins and pushing mongo, she now rides goofy. Her progression really started to take off in the beginning of 2021. Since then she’s added quite a few new tricks to her list!

Haley would like to volunteer some of her time to skate camps teaching the younger generation of girls how to skate. Her goal for this year is to land a kickflip on concrete, ride transitions on a mini ramp and enter a couple competitions.

Haley is local & from BG. She currently works for a road construction company through the laborers union. We love a gal in construction. 🚧

Haley’s message: “You’re never too old to get outside and play or try something new!”

We couldn’t agree more! Keep your eyes on this one folks she’s gonna do big things!

: Athlete Jordyn Clark. She raced SVR this weekend. Saturday 4-5 with 4th overall and Sunday 3-3 with 2nd overall in the Women’s class.

Not only does she ride, she’s also a supportive wife (see end video 😹) and she’s studying to be an ultrasound tech.

This weeks : Athlete Allison Fagerman. At 14 this girl not only defies the odds in a male dominated sport she also continues thrive in the womens class. Taking second in her most recent race!

In her free time she likes to spend time with her family lakeside.

Allison’s goal for next year: Qualify for Loretta Lynns!
