The women here are so welcoming, kind, and supportive of one another, and itā€™s honestly the coolest thing to witness. Big huge congratulations to one of our first clients to hit 100 classes in our studio! Amaris Diaz !

Emmy has been with 224 Pilates since we started on the coffee shop floor at Mattie Ruthā€™s Coffee House ! Iā€™ve had the privilege of teaching her and watching her grow into her Pilates practice for almost a year now!

Her confidence shines so bright in the studio, and whether she knows it or not, it has influenced others to have confidence in themselves as well!

I am so extremely proud of her , finding something that she loves to move her body, and how she continues to share her faith in and outside of the studio!

Canā€™t wait till you hit 200! Coming up so soon!
