I’m truly HONORED to finish out 2026 with 178 total clients understanding the laws about NC Fi***rm Laws, Concealed Carry, Feeling Confident, Overcoming Fears, and Being Responsible Fi***rm Owners! This path for me is very passionate, it’s my testimony that no matter what you go through in life, how ugly that thing could be, you allow God to turn it around in your favor and he add double for your troubles!! 𝐁𝐥𝐀𝐜𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 | Gun Safety had his home raided by federal agents — they handcuffed his family, then reportedly found nothing illegal.

November 21, 2024. About 5 a.m. A home in Baltimore. Mark Manley, known online as Mark Choppa, runs a YouTube channel on gun safety and training.

He also works in a public school as an intervention specialist. He says he owns more than 70 fi***rms, kept in a safe, and that every one of them was legal under federal law and Maryland law.

He says he is not a felon. His wife was up making coffee. Agents were already on the grass. He woke the girls. The 15-year-old son was still in the basement.

Manley says he called out that the family was upstairs. Then a flashbang went off. He says agents pointed ri**es at his children as they came out with their hands up. He and his 17-year-old daughter were handcuffed.

He says agents broke the glass door to the basement room, threw another gr***de, and rushed the boy with guns drawn. The family was put in a van in the cold.

Dogs were brought through the house. Manley says the dogs fouled the rooms, including a child’s bed. Agents talked about blowing the safe. He opened it. He says one of them said they had nothing.

The warrant, according to Manley and his wife, accused him of being a felon with guns, including a machine gun, and of trafficking guns and drugs. He says that is false. A local news review of the warrant said it cited dealing in fi***rms without a license.

He says he holds a Maryland fi***rms license. The only item reported taken was his phone. It was later returned. No guns were seized. No one was arrested that morning.

The Bureau of Alcohol, To***co, Fi***rms and Explosives said a federal judge signed the warrant, the warrant is sealed, and the case was still open.

In December 2024 a spokesperson said no charges had been filed. Agents did not explain the tip in public.

Manley told reporters he believes it was bad information, and that the number of guns he owns, and the fact that he is a Black man teaching his community how to own them legally, put him on a list.

Months later the family was still cleaning a broken house and still waiting on a reason. That is the record. A predawn federal raid. Children at gunpoint. A safe that checked out. No charges on the public sheet. 🇨🇩
