At Candy’s Creek Cherokee Elementary, we ran a tag tournament, and I got to talk with the students about the stories inside their heads and how those stories can become the lens they see themselves through.

When you believe “I’m not good enough,” you may put in less work, quit sooner, and then see the result as proof that you were right. I wanted them to understand that being bad at something right now doesn’t mean you can’t become good at it. Sometimes you just have to stay with it long enough to find out, even when other people are watching.

Thank you to the staff and students at Candy’s Creek for having us.

Good afternoon! Let's get ready to tackle this week head-on!

Monday Classes are as follows:

4:00pm: Parkour Ages 7-9
5:15pm: Parkour Ages 10-11
6:15pm: Parkour Ages 11-17

Here at Movement Therapy, it’s not just about flips and workouts - it’s about mindset, confidence, and growth.

This week was busy but full of moments that reminded us why we love what we do.
Thank you once again to every family, school, student, and community member who continues to support us, trust us, and show up.
Field Trip Fridays are now officially in full swing and booking fast, so if you are a school (or homeschool group!) interested in learning more about we can offer you and your students, call/message us today!

🟥🔵Another Field Trip Friday for the books!

Coach Valley and the Movement Therapy team just wrapped up our first field trip of the school year at Candy's Creek Cherokee Elementary School , and it was a BLAST!

A huge thank you to the school staff and everyone who helped make possible, to the parents for allowing their students to join us, and most importantly, to the students for showing up, working hard, and giving it their all!

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with our community and create experiences like these.
