You know you are fighting for your health and fitness goals when you show up to class and it’s 93 out. If it were easy, everyone would do it! Proud of yall! 💕

Don’t forget this Saturday is bootcamp out at CHS. It will be 9 or 10 o’clock depending on what time is best for everyone. Come sweat with us!

I am planning on doing a 9 AM class tomorrow morning at Cleveland high field if I have enough interested. I know it’s early, but let me know if you want to come! If enough are interested, I’ll do a bootcamp class.
