Superior Fitness is offering a FREE personal training session our trainers! We have amazing trainers to choose from that can assist you with any need you may have! We hope everyone has a safe Memorial Day weekend!
We want to update our followers with a few changes for Monday!
Staff will not be present Monday, but no worries! Our members still have 24:7 access!
Childcare will not be open Monday, and will resume Tuesday!
HIIT class will be at 11 am with Emma instead of 6!
Jiu jitsu/Muay Thai will not be in session on Monday!

We also want to give a huge shout out to our veterans and active service members!!! Thank you for your service!!!!
