Any of you know Janice, she Trains at GrandMasters in open gym, and recently Legacy Barbell for her new found sport of powerlifting. If you know Janice, she puts in the work every single day. Y’all might be surprised that it’s not as many hours as you think but it’s her dedication and consistency. Help us congratulate Janice on her first of three lifts in her first powerlifting competition, where she set a state record in the back squat! 176.5 pounds we’re so proud of you, Janice!
