We’re hosting a FREE SWT Dance HIIT class tonight at 7:35PM and we would absolutely love to have you there.

Expect a room full of women cheering each other on, the best music, zero judgment, and a workout that feels more like a night out with your friends than exercise. Whether you’re a total beginner or haven’t worked out in years, you belong here.

The energy at SWT lately has been absolutely insane in the best way possible, so we decided we HAD to open up another chance for new girls to come experience it for themselves 💗✨

On SATURDAY, MAY 23RD at 10:00AM we are hosting a SWT DANCE HIIT class that is FREE for women who have never been to SWT before and want to come try a class for the first time.

If you’ve been wanting to come, stalking the videos, asking your friends about it, or waiting until you “get in shape first” this is your moment. SWT is for every fitness level and every season of life. You do not need dance experience. You do not need to know what you’re doing. You just need to show up 🖤

For our current members and returning clients, class can be taken using your class pass package or the normal drop in rate of $30 ✨

We’ll also have special membership offers and discounted class packages available that morning for the girls who attend 👏🏼
