Ryland is one of our first competitive fighters stepping into the new Fight Camp program, and he’s already proving he belongs. This young boxer is up-and-coming with real potential — and he’s putting in the work the right way.

None of this happens alone.

Under the leadership of Coach Zak Graham, one of the best boxing coaches in the city, the standard is high and the expectations are higher. Coach Zak doesn’t coach hype — he coaches results.

ALL MEMBERS:

We are officially back open!

As a reminder, please wear snow boots and remove them at the door to help us keep the gym clean. You all know how much we pride ourselves on a spotless facility — and we definitely don’t want to upset Miss Jerri with salt and water tracked throughout the gym!

We work hard to keep the space clean so everyone feels comfortable doing sit-ups, push-ups, and everything in between. A clean environment is part of the HossFit experience!

The gym is open for all members with gym access

The front desk will be closed for walk-ins today, but will reopen tomorrow during normal business hours

Most importantly — stay safe out there, everyone! 💪🏾❄️

Update: 1-25-26 (8:30pm)

We’re planning to reopen tomorrow morning (26th) at 10:00 AM, but this will depend on the condition of the parking areas and walkways. Our priority is making sure everything is safe and accessible for all members.
