Harris Express YMCA The Harris Express YMCA is an adult only, satellite location of the Harris YMCA on Quail Hollow Road (only 1.9 miles away).

We welcome members 16 years of age and older. Built in 2006, The Harris Express YMCA provides the South Charlotte community with a high-quality fitness experience. Members enjoy a 12,648 square foot fitness floor, containing top-of-the-line cardio equipment, strength machines, free weights and more.
