We are excited to highlight this week's incredible lineup of group fitness classes! Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, learn new skills, or simply find a fun way to stay active, we truly have something for everyone.
๐ This week we're especially excited to launch our brand-new class, Bounce & Burn, coached by AJ Franklin! This high-energy addition to our schedule is sure to become a favorite, and it's just the beginning. Be on the lookout for additional pop-up classes and new offerings in the coming weeks!
๐ We'd also like to extend a special welcome to all of the amazing young ladies participating in Fearless Fitness Week with Coach Jacy Keef and Coach Kalynn McMillan. We can't wait to see you build confidence, healthy habits, and friendships while having a blast!

HIIT45 Build
A 45-minute strength-focused workout designed to help you build muscle, increase power, and improve overall fitness through structured resistance training.
CrossFit
Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Build strength, endurance, confidence, and community while challenging yourself in new ways.
Fearless Fitness Week
A Taylor Swift-inspired fitness and wellness experience for girls ages 9-14! Participants will explore nutrition, fitness, confidence-building, and healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment.
HIIT45 Burn
A calorie-torching workout that combines strength and cardio intervals to elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling accomplished.
HYROX
Train like a HYROX athlete with a combination of functional fitness exercises and endurance work designed to improve stamina, strength, and performance.
Bounce & Burn
Our newest class led by Coach AJ Franklin! This fun, high-energy workout incorporates cardio rebounding intervals to boost fitness while keeping exercise exciting and engaging.
LIT (Low Impact Training)
A joint-friendly workout focused on movement, strength, balance, and mobility without the high-impact stress of traditional exercise.
HIIT45 Sweat
A fast-paced conditioning workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase endurance, and help you work up a serious sweat.
CircHIIT
A circuit-style workout that rotates through multiple exercise stations, combining strength, cardio, and functional movement for a total-body challenge.
