2024 STY Rules!

Please be considerate & help keep the gym clean & looking nice for others.

Especially the restrooms & shower areas! Treat those areas the same as you would your own at home. If we continue to have issues with those areas being left disasters membership fees will be increased due to cleaning fees being increased.

🗣️ If water is off in those areas DO NOT USE THEM!

There lockers at the gym for you to use. Please store all personal hygiene items in a locker - soaps, razors, & anything you keep in showers. Thank you!

Mens- still works & they are working on the timer issue.

Ladies- a new k**b on timer has been placed!

•To anyone who is interested in a membership at STY•

Please be mindful that the phone number listed below is a personal number. Messages sent after 4:00 will be addressed the following day.

The person in charge of memberships is only available to send forms out Monday - Friday from 8-4.

Starting this week - interested members may pick up paperwork at Advanced Surgical Technology in Centralia if they prefer that method.
*Please be mindful that our staff will not be able to process payment at that time - staff works out of another office on Mondays. You will have to come back to receive key fob.

Key fobs will only be activated once payment has been processed.
