💪 Coach Spotlight & Big Congratulations! 💪

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Coach Kalynn and Coach Tyler, who traveled to Wisconsin to complete their CrossFit Level 2 (L2) Certification! 🎉

The L2 is a major step beyond the foundational Level 1. It’s an intermediate coaching credential that focuses on how to coach at a higher level—not just knowing the movements, but teaching, correcting, and communicating them effectively in both individual and group settings. Coaches at this level sharpen their skills in movement assessment, program design, and athlete development, all through an intensive two-day, hands-on course.

This achievement reflects their dedication to continued education and their commitment to giving our athletes the best coaching experience possible.

Sweat Fest is this Saturday! Celebrate 10 years of CrossFit Centralia with us!

Saturday May 31st ~ competition kicks off at 8:30am. There are plenty of options for everyone including a multi event CF competition as well as an option to compete as an individual, duo, ir team in a full or shorter hyrox style workout.
