✨Eesha’s Pilates knowledge and experience spans across multiple countries, with her continuing her Pilates journey here in the U.S! No matter what your body type, mindset, or experience level with Pilates is, she’ll be with you each step of the way.

✨Sarah, while new to coaching Pilates, has not only extensive dedication to her craft, but spends plenty of time mastering the fundamentals and basics, which shows in her knowledge.
