Aqua Zumba resumes in 6 days!! Did you sign up for class already?!

See ya on Saturday

It's that time again! Come out of winter hibernation and join the pool party every Saturday at 10am starting February 4, 2023 at Glenaire Continuing Care Retirement Community, 4000 Glenaire Circle in Cary NC. $7 per class, $60 for a 10-class pass.

No class on 4/1 (Glenaire Run/Walkathon), 4/8 (Easter weekend), or 5/27 (Memorial Day Weekend)

From the Main entrance, take the stairs or elevator to the lower level and follow the signs to the locker room and pool.

Please bring your own towel, locker lock, and water bottle, and wear a one-piece bathing suit or tight-fitting shorts with a tee and water shoes or socks.

Look forward to seeing you in class!

Aqua Zumba Aficionados, Aqua Zumba is back at Glenaire starting this Saturday, 7/16 at 10:15am, doors open at 10am.

Join the Pool Party at Glenaire, 4000 Glenaire Cir in Cary in the Fitness Center Pool on the lower level. Pay at the door.
Cost $7 via cash, Cash App, or Venmo.

Remember to bring your own towel and water bottle.

AQUA ZUMBA CANCELLED TODAY SATURDAY, 8/14/2021 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO COVID19

Zumba Fram I am sorry to announce that Zumba is cancelled. I got a call late afternoon yesterday informing me of the growing number of outbreaks in Senior facilities and our team has been activated to go assist a faculty with a sudden outbreak. COVID outbreaks in Senior facilities have more than doubled in the last week and growing fast. We want to keep our Glenaire Continuing Care Retirement Community safe.

Please remember to get vaccinated and if you are vaccinated wear a mask in public indoor or crowded outdoor spaces, mask up children in public areas ages 2 and up, use the 3Ws: wash hands, wear masks, wait 6ft apart.

If you have been exposed or have symptoms. Get tested and quarantine until results are in. If you test positive, contact people you have been in close proximity with for a long period of time so they get tested.

At home, isolate yourselves from other family members until symptoms go away or you get a negative test result. If you live alone, reach out to your doctor to set up telehealth Services and/or call local food hubs to have food delivered to you.
