Back day
It’s fun integrating some of programming in with bodybuilding program. The paused deadlifts were a nice challenge. 10x3 @ 287. I think. I don’t know it was kilograms.
has been working on my dang lat for months now. Still no pull-ups, but this was the first day I was able to do a relatively heavy mid row without any pain. I started a bpc157/tb500 stack for it a couple weeks ago. I look at peptides as means to facilitate the work you’re already doing. You can’t ignore the basics (in this case rest, mobility, intentional/correctional exercise) and expect magic. Anyways, it’s showing signs of coming together.
